One of Cornwall’s most ancient gardens under restoration 18th century, pleasure grounds, parkland, woodland, walks, strawberry hill, chapel etc with a historic house. Laid out over 8 acres, the many paths and walks provide a very romantic and historical setting to enjoy in conjunction with the other attractions at Trelowarren.
Tregullow Garden was created in 19th century restored with new plants. Woodland gardens full of unexpected vistas.
Penheale Manor has early and later 20th century gardens of around 13 hectares on an earlier site. The house and gardens were substantially re-designed by Lutyens. Since this time, the courtyard gardens have also been extended and a raised walk created adjacent to the house.
